Set data set to current half

Hi, Might be a simple one but I have not been able to find anything on the community or google.

In Power Query Editor I want to filter the data set to the current half, I only have options in the standard to do years or quarters.

Thanks for the link. I am happy with setting up hierachies, I have also worked out how to have a measure for half, quarter, month and day. The problem I am still getting is the ordering of the months, for example April then shows before January etc. Does that make sense?

What does "Current Half" mean? Could you please share some more details about your requirement and post some sample data?

Sorry for the delay.

Without wanting to change my original question too much, all I want is the ability to include half years in the date hierachy, for eaxmple... Year,Half,Quarter,Month,Day.

Is there an easy way to achieve this?

I'm afraid currently the built-in date hierarchy doesn't contains "half". I would suggest you to build custom hierarchy, please refer to video below:
