Set Target for Salesman

Need Measure of New Column formula to achieve Target Vs Actuals

Collection	Salesman	Collection Target in %	Collected Actual
1000	1	50	200
2000	2	65	100
3000	3	25	150
4000	4	75	450
500	5	2	2

I need to set Target for each salesman & show the actuals date-wise

Collection & Salesman are my datasets

Sorry, it's not at all clear.
Please follow the recommendations in the thread I posted. You need to provide sample data, model structure, expected output and if possible a sample PBIX file. 
Otherwise it a shot in the absolute dark.

For example, what do you mean by "random target value"? Is this "random target value" by date & salesman? by salesman? Do you want it to be calculated once? Dynamically (not sure it's possible...)?

I need a Measure or Column to store my random target value given to Salesman 

& collected acutals aginst the Target achieved

Collection as on 04-09-21	Balance	Salesman	Collection Target in % (measure or column)	Collected Actual (output)

04-09-2021	2000	2	65%
04-09-2021	3000	3	25%
04-09-2021	4000	4	75%
04-09-2021	500	5	2%

Eg: Salesman 1 must collect 50% of his balance amount that is 1000

what he acheived must be stored in the collected actuals output
