https://ABC.analytics.visualstudio.com/DefaultCollection/ProjectName/_odata/Workitems?$filter=WorkItemType eq 'Bug'
Able to access above links without any prompt for credential.
when we are trying to refresh dataset from power bi service, we are getting below error:
"We found extra characters at the end of JSON"
Tried all the available Authentication Method, but not able to successfully refresh.
Hi @VipulSingh,
Can you refresh your data manually in Power BI Desktop? Do you use the same account in Power BI Desktop and Power BI services?
Regards,
Charlie Liao
We are using organisational authentication in Power BI desktop to access VSO(through odata), but not able to find this option in Power BI Service. Though we are not getting any error while specifying data source credential while scheduling, where we selected Windows Authentication.
we are using Power BI gateway(personal). The system where Power BI gateway is installed, is always up.
Tried using oauth2 authentication, but when we are using "Refresh Now", the refresh is happening, but when we are trying "Schedule Refresh", it is working on inconsistent basis. giving error on most of the schedules we set:
"we found extra characters at the end of json"
Please clarify on this behaviour
We are able to refresh data in Power BI Desktop. And yes, same account is being used in Desktop and Services.
If you have recently started exploring Fabric, we'd love to hear how it's going. Your feedback can help with product improvements.
