Separate fields

Hi, I get data from a database as shown in the picture. Line 1 and 9 are the main transaction, and lines 3-8 are what I call Sub Transaction. they belong to the main transaction, describing the elements comprises the main part.
How can I separate all fields to columns and values?
In short, I want all lines to be one line of fiels names and values.ScreenHunter_012.jpg
