Separate column values

Hello,

I`m receiving a rawdata extract from a software and need it to generate a viz reports. The data contains information for both person and the projects they are working on throughout a period.

The issue is that the column rawdata contains both person and project names. I need to get the person names in a separate column and track each person`s performance over a monthly basis.

Some samples of source and target data are below.

Please help!Current data.JPG
