Selecting a slicer closes the browser

I have a report with 3 slicers that interact with 4 line charts.

 

Multiple users had complained that when they made a selection in one of the slicers, it closed the browser. (No error message; it just closed the active browser tab.)

 

I tried using IE/Firefox/Chrome but have been unable to duplicate the issue. Has anyone seen this before and know how to fix it?

Have your tried clearing the browser cache.  Try it in a PC which is crashing first.

 

This issue was present earlier but its been resolved by PBI.

@Anonymous   The issue is not browser-specific and all users are using supported browsers. Issue is intermittent and clearing the cache does not always fix the issue.
