Selected value does not work

Hello every one,

I want to make a ytd and p-ytd report, via a selection from a slicer the user would see the offers in the selected year and the offers in the selected year -1.

I wrote the measure bellow but doesnot work.

Offers_selYear =

VAR o =CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT(Query1[offerid]),Query1[Type]="Offers")

VAR x = SELECTEDVALUE('Query1'[year])

RETURN

CALCULATE(

o,

FILTER(all(Query1), Query1[year] = x )

)

Hi @Anonymous 
Seems you forgot to put the "- 1" after "x".
Also you cannot calculate a variable inside CALCULATE

Offers_selYear =
VAR x =
    SELECTEDVALUE ( 'Query1'[year] )
RETURN
    CALCULATE (
        DISTINCTCOUNT ( Query1[offerid] ),
        Query1[Type] = "Offers",
        Query1[year] = x - 1
    )
