Selected option in slicer not getting deselcted on change in dependent slicer

I have 2 dependent slicers defined. Consider that an option is selected in both the slicers. When I change the selection in Slicer 1, the selected data in slicer 2 does not gets deselected. Is there any workaround for the same

Hi @abrastog,

 

This is a feature by design. Power BI will not clear the selected items directly. It could confuse users that the selections disappear actively.
