Hello,
When i use a SQL server database to import my datas on Power Bi, i wouldt like select multibles tables from my base (247/498).
Rather than select the tables 1 by 1, i try tu use the sql statement but i can't select mutliples tables.
Someone can help me?
Thanks you
@ChristopheS , I doubt you can do that in power bi import. But if you have created a relation between tables in databses you can drag related table in case of sql server
There is no relations between all the tables i want
Well why dont you click all tables one by one. You wll do it once.
Next time you can just use the same workspace which has all the tables
Because i work for a software editor and we propose power bi to our customers, si i have to select every tables for all my customers who wants Power BI, that why i want to "automate" the action.
I understand your requirement.
PowerBI is a visualisation tool though which only uses a small subset of the database.
I dont know if there is any value of adding all tables to a BI tool. What is the purpose for doing that?
Are you planning to create a Data Model based on all tables?
We want to give to all our customers the possibility to create reports on as many base as possible without being disturbed to add others tables, but they do not need all tables.
It's the same thing i have to click one by one the tables...
