Seems my Slicer between 2 dates is not working. Any way to make this an OR instead of AND?

I want to show all data that is outside of these 2 choices.  When I run them individually it works correctly.

Yes that works!  However, any way I can apply that page filter to my slicer above?

That also worked, you posted an image for the Filter pane. So May be you want to use a static range, that is the solution.
