Secure Embed

I've been reading a lot about the Secure Embed feature but when I'm on PowerBI I can't see it in my file menu.

Any help?

According to the official document, it is a feature in Power BI Service not Power BI Desktop.

Some limitations please note, especially this:

Secure embed works for reports published to the Power BI service.
