Hi
Is it possible to add a second value and make it appear on a tree map? E.g. i have total wins by country, but i also want to see % share this makes up out of all countires. I understand the squares of the tree map indicate % share, but i want this to be displayed as a number too. I know i can add a tooltip, but that requires the user to hover over a square.
Please see screengrab, essentially i would like the '% of Total' measure that is in the tooltip, to be with the wins numbers in the squares. I have tried dragging the measure into the Values field alongside wins measure - but that doesn't produce desired result and does not display anything.
Thanks
A
HI @Anonymous ,
Just move your win numbers column/measure to the Tooltips section like I have moved in my case:
I have Quantity under values section and in Tooltips as well along with Total Price.
You can move multiple fileds to the Tooltips section on a Treemap visual.
Thanks,
Pragati
Hi @Pragati11
Thanks for this. The goal is to have the % of grand total (which is in my tooltips) alongside the Wins in the values field. As the report will be shared via a screenshot in an email for quick digestion by its audience, a tooltip to find this information is not the solution.
Are you aware of another way?
Thanks

Hi @Anonymous ,
You definitely can't achieve this via Treemap visual in Power BI.
Try someother visual like may be Pie-chart oor Donut chart as shown below:
I have displayed Gross Income and Quantity by Pyment in my case. You can try similar way to show your wing numbers and % of total by Country.
Make sure to have following settings in your format options for Detail labels or change it based on your requirement.:
Let me know how you get along with this.
Thanks,
Pragati
