Searching part numbers from Microsoft outlook email

I want to search , collect and analyze various part numbers  from outlook email with the help of power BI.Is there any way to do so. Can somebody help here?

Hi @geoabs 

It is possible with Power Automate and Power BI

1) You integrate Outlook with Power Automate.
2) You've to create flow in Power Automate for search , collect and analyze various part numbers  from outlook email.

3) You can share those parameters( various part numbers) into a sharepoint excel/csv.

4) Then connect that sharepoint excel to Power BI.

5) You can do reporting in Power BI as per your requirement.
