Do anyone know if it is possible to create a dashboard like a scorecard where I can send a user a graph of their their dot (their performance) and a lighter dot of all their team members so they can see how well their performed compared to others? I attached an example that I created in Tableau and I want to see if I can build this in PowerBi.
