Scheduled refresh and Data source credentials are all being greyed out

Hello, 

I am trying to schedule a refresh in power bi service. But it seems Scheduled refresh and Data source credentials are all being greyed out. I believe I am using power bi pro by the way.

I have the same problem.  My SFDC reports used to refresh automatically
Now I get an error message 

I can also not access the Data Source credentials for these reports as they are greyed out
In addition, trying to link to a new report on in SFDC can no longer be done in my pre-existing App Workspaces.  Linking to Salesforce via the APP is forced into "My Workspace" so I cannot link to a report and have the dataset reside in the APP WORKSPACES

Your data source can't be refreshed because the credentials are invalid. Please update your credentials and try again.

Authentication error, could not get Token. Hi @rickylee,

Could you please tell me what is your data source and if your dataset contains multiple data sources? Also please expand gateway connection to check the detailed message.

In your scenario, please make sure you have installed and configured the on-premises gateway and ensure taht all the data sources of the dataset have been added into the gateway. For more details, please check the online document.

In addition, I made a test, here everything works well if the gateway and data source are configured correctly.

Hi @v-frfei-msft,

I have multiple datasource from 
dynamic 365 online 
personal excel spreadsheet

But, only the datasource in dynamic 365 online changes. The data in the spreadsheet is fixed. It is therefore I don't have on-premise gateway setup as I think it is not needed.
