Schedule refresh for import datasets

Hi all,

I have a question about scheduling refresh datasets in PowerBI service, since yesterday 2020-22-07 my scheduled refresh failed, only appears "There was an error when processing the data in the dataset." message before that the refresh worked correctly, the question is if something changed in PowerBI service because today 2020-23-07 the refresh ends correctly but the time for start and end date is the same ( I share an image for that )

Image for today that shows the Status completed but the Start and End dates are the same ( in my reports the data is not refreshed )

Image that shows the Status completed for 7/22/2020 and the Start and End dates are different ( in my reports the data is well  refreshed )

Best regards

Hi @miguel1206 ,

Do you use dataflow?

Both the DataFlow and the DataSet need to be refreshed. Refreshing only one of these meant that the underlying data would not be completely updated.

Liang

Even if I refresh manually using the Refresh Now option, the data in my reports is not refreshed

Hello @mwegener

I only have received this mail when failed:

An error occurred while processing the data in the dataset.

Refresh failed:

has failed to refresh.
Failure details: The last refresh attempt failed because of an internal service error. This is usually a transient issue. If you try again later and still see this message, contact support.

Regards
