Scatterplot legend not working with unpivoted data

I have unpivoted certain fields in order to create a dot matrix line tracking the status of outbound shipments.

The values show correctly in the table but not in the scatterplot. In the scatterplot it seems to select every value for each attribute. How can I get this to show the correct value for the correc attribute?
