Scatterplot Analysis

Hi, I was invetigationg on internet different way to analyse information by scatter charts and found on Tableau one that I am interested to have in my Power BI. The question is: Is there something similar (may be paid perhaps) that I can do?

If that is not what you are looking for, then you can use R and ggplot2 library.
