Hi,
I have a question, is this a bug? or it is to work like that. The question is related the Scatter chart, by adding a background image and set it to Fill, the shapes (circles) vs the plot area are different by turning on Zoom slider. Examples below.
without Zoom slider
with Zoom slider watch the start of the plot area image vs the start where the circles are cut

In addition to amitchandak 's reply. There may be something wrong in using plot area and zoom slider at the same time.
The image will move and show in wrong place.
Here I have some advice.
You can submit an issue like amitchandak replied before by this link: Issue
And you can insert your picture by image function , turn off the scatter chart 's background and group two visuals.
