Scatter chart Implementation

HI Team,

I have an requirement.

I have 3 columns and 1 measure.

Poil,Name,Field   and Prabability(measure)

I need Poil in xaxis and Probabilty in yaxis and remaining 2 columns should be taken, when user hovers on it it should should show all 2 values in lables.

i have one column containing 3 string values.

this should be taken in sma e scatter chart as small multiples. Please suggest me an solution
