How to create below graph and the constant line in the power bi

Feels like the wrong chart type.  Probably a sorted bar chart is better

@imnewpbiuser568 This can be easily achieved using line visuals. Assuming you already have 3 measures for each line.

 

On line visual, use population group on the x-axis, and 3 measures on the y-axis. Go to the formatting pane, turn on the marker, and select a marker for each series, and in Lines section, for two series, make the stroke width to 0 pix.

the solution you provided solves my half part, thanks a lot for your response, now I wish to have dates in x axis and on y axis there should be some aggregated values and this should categorised as given below.
