Scatter Plot Dynamic Reference Line

Hi 

 I want a scatter plot with refrence range lines on both axis X & Y. See the attachment. These Reference lines values  are coming from 2 different columns. We cant use X & Y constant Lines properties on Analytics Pane

is it possible please help on thisScatter

@v-eachen-msft I tried this one previously, its different which not matches my requirement. I need reference lines on both X and Y axis which is not a constant value based on filter I am going to apply. For that I have created 2 calculated columns to find the X and Y axis reference lines
