Scatter Chart - Change Color on One Data Point

Hi there,

Is there a way to change the color of one data point on a scatter chart?  For example, I want the average project cost firmwide to be purple and the other project costs to be blue.  I have been able to add an index and use that as filter but sometimes, there are so many data points that it doesn't show up.  Is there a way to get that average project cost to always appear?  Maybe a measure or some kind of formatting?  Thanks for any assistance!!

@djoellet , I have used measure-based conditional formatting to color the scatter dot, You can modify that to use a categorical variable if needed
