SQL

Hello Community,

I need help with entering dummy data from the web into SQL (which is installed on my PC with no connection to any server) and then using that data for analysis in Power BI.

I got my data from this link.

https://www.wiseowl.co.uk/power-bi/exercises/power-bi-desktop/filtering-data/4464/

I have tried researching the same for that on the web but couldn't find anything useful. Kindly guide me in this.

Let me know if you need anything else from my end.

Hello Sir,

Thank you for the reply.

I watched both videos but was still not able to load the data into my SQL because it is asking for a server name from me and as said before, I don't have any server name with me as this is my personal machine. This data is downloaded from a third-party site.

I would request you to please guide me again as to how I do this. I would love it if you try to create a database from this data from your end and then help me with a step-by-step guide.

Apologies for asking the question as a rookie but I really want to learn this and I only have data with me and don't know how to use the same in SQL and then in Power BI.
