Hey everyone.
I need to extract the value of one particular cell from a table and show it in a card. Or a text viewer.
My initial thought is to create a measure for the same. But I have no idea of how to write a DAX query to extract the value of one particular cell using a DAX query.
If I were to write an SQL query for the same, it would be like this.
SELECT <COL1> FROM <TABLE> WHERE <COL2> = "X" AND <COL3> ="Y";
The output of this query will be a single cell value. Can someone help me convert this into a DAX query?

Is the cell numeric or text?
If numeric, you could use something like:
MyMeasure = CALCULATE(SUM(Table[COL1]),FILTER(Table,[COL2]="X" && [COL3] = "Y"))
If it is text, then I believe it would be:
MyMeasure = CALCULATE(VALUES(Table[COL1]),FILTER(Table,[COL2]="X" && [COL3] = "Y"))
