Can you please share some more detail information about this issue?(e.g. data source connection type and mode, where it deployed: local, remote device or hosted on cloud service) They should help us clarify your scenario and test to troubleshoot.

BTW, any changes that applied to your device or sql server settings? They may affect and block the http requests that the refresh option required.
