SQL Server connection failed

Someone knows how to solve this problem, it is not a problem or connection to the server or password, but power bi does not let you connect
Unable to update the credentials for this data source. SQL Server connection failed

Details:

that such good morning, if you notice that I had already reviewed this, I have ticket already with Microsoft support and show them the whole process and they realized that if it does not let you connect even though it is not firewall, proxy, port, password. I think it's already a power bi problem as such.

Also could test the below:

1. Please check if the outbound traffic over port 1433 port is allowed on the machine which has desktop runs.

2. Please add firewall rules to specify which IP address ranges from the Internet are allowed. See: Azure SQL Database server-level and database-level firewall rules.

3. Please enable Telnet Client feature then run telnet command in cmd. See: Windows 7: Enabling Telnet Client.
