Hi All,
I have the problem that the data that was succesfully load in the Query Editor, is not loading into the data model in Power BI Desktop. This have nothing to do this amount of data.
I have connect to one small table in Query Editor and I am able to see the data and edit the data. However, when I apply the data in Query Editor to the Model in Power BI Desktop. I get the following pop-up that continues for hours.
The following conditions are applied:
- I am using a virtual machine via Hyper-V (already increaded RAM to 6GB).
- I am connected to SQL Server
- All software is installed on a external SSD (1TB).
Can anyone please help me with this problem? I have never encounted a sittuation where simple tables are succesfully loaded in Power Query Editor, but fail when I try to load the data.
Thanks!
Johny
@JohnPowerAmbi , Make sure there is no window's update is pending. If yes, install that. Make sure you have latest version of power bi. Reinstall if needed.
Make sure the same details are working on SSMS
Even after that if this does not work then log an issue https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues
