SQL Server Profiler processing data in Power BI

Regarding Azure Analysis Service, is it possible to obtain the data processing in real time and put in power bi?

I usually use SQL Server Profiler to monitor who is processing and what is processing.
But I wanted to create a report with this data in real time.
I have already investigated and I can create a streaming dataset with Stream Analytics in Portal Azure, but I don't know the query that can fetch this data.

Any suggestion ?

Hey,

you might consider to configure SQL Server Profiler to put the data into atable on Azure SQL DB:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/analysis-services/instances/use-sql-server-profiler-to-monitor-anal...

Then you can use Power BI to connect to Azure SQL DB.

Maybe you can consider to use DMVs directly: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/analysis-services/instances/use-dynamic-management-views-dmvs-to-mo...

Regards,

Tom

If you want use current data for you report you must use direct query,  but i haven't experience using direct query with azure, maybe this can help you:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-azure-sql-database-with-direct-connect
