Hi everyone;
I have connected a SQL Server to Power Bi. I am importing the data. I need to update/refresh the data everytime that the file is opened. Is that possible? I do not find that option. I think that in previous versions that was done automatically but with the latest version I have to click Refresh to update the information.
Thanks!!!

Hi @juanlopezmeyer,
Current power bi desktop not support this feature.(I test with both import and direct query mode)
Perhaps you can share this requirement to ideas.

To my knowledge, I think there is noway to update the data everytime you opended the .pbix file... If you publish your .pbix file to service then you can schedule the refresh under the Gateway.
So you think that the scheduled refresh through the gateway is the only option?
Yes I think so...
