I am getting the following error when building a SPC Summary Table intended to show Assurance Icons:
"Assurance icons require an alterantive target and a non-neutral improvement direction"
An Assurance Icon would be one of three:
I would appreciate some advice about the error.

Thankfully I have resolved the matter by these three steps:
1) Creating a Denominator (in addition to Numerator) although by doing this may or may not have made a difference.

Where does one set/assign Target for the SPC Summary Table ?
I believe I did follow the guidance in the document (first link). However, in the second link, I am not clear what
alt target conditionally formatted is. Kindly explain what it is and where I can make changes to this.
