SPC Error - "Assurance icons require an alternative target and a non-neutral improvement direction"

Good Afternoon,

I am getting the following error when building a SPC Summary Table intended to show Assurance Icons:

"Assurance icons require an alterantive target and a non-neutral improvement direction"

An Assurance Icon would be one of three:

I would appreciate some advice about the error.

Thankfully I have resolved the matter by these three steps:

1) Creating a Denominator (in addition to Numerator) although by doing this may or may not have made a difference.

2) Selecting Alt. Target from Line Settings:

3) Selecting to Show Assurance Icons:

Where does one set/assign Target for the SPC Summary Table ?

I believe I did follow the guidance in the document (first link). However, in the second link, I am not clear what

alt target conditionally formatted is. Kindly explain what it is and where I can make changes to this.

Hi F_Reh ,

Have you set it up accordingly to this document?

But it is also possible that there is a problem with the visual
