SAP BW: Cache issue?

Hi,

I have created a report connected to SAP BW Instance#1.  Then the data got refreshed with the new "Month".   However, when I open the report and try to get the new month data ( via Parameter screen), I am still seeing only "Previous" Months.

But if I change another SAP BW instance ( says Instance#2), the new Month appears and I can refresh the data.

Then if I change back to Instance#1, the 'new' data is there.    But I cannot still see the new month as part of a parameter in "Instance#1".

Do you know how to solve this issue?

Thank you.

Best regards,

Aim

hi, @aim29

I have tested on my side, but not reproduce the issue.

Whether you have successfully refreshed the data? You may check that in Refresh history.

When it refreshed complete, please wait some time for cache,

and is there a problem with the gateway?

Best Regards,

Lin
