I have a total number of people assigned to a task per row. (Personnel)
These tasks each have a start date field and end date field. (StartDate),(FinishDate)
How can I create a line graph showing the running sum of personnel on task throughout the year against a Calendar Table.
Appreciate any help.

Hi @JMarv ,
According to your description, here are my steps you can follow as a solution.
(1) This is my test data.
(2) We can create a table and a measure.
CALENDAR Table = CALENDAR(DATE(2022,1,1),DATE(2023,12,31))sum of personnel = CALCULATE(SUM('Table'[Personnel]),FILTER(ALL('Table'),YEAR('Table'[start date])=YEAR(MAX('CALENDAR Table'[Date])) || YEAR('Table'[finish date])=YEAR(MAX('CALENDAR Table'[Date]))))
(3) Then the result is as follows.
If the above one can't help you get the desired result, please provide some sample data in your tables (exclude sensitive data) with Text format and your expected result with backend logic and special examples. It is better if you can share a simplified pbix file. Thank you.
Best Regards,
Neeko Tang

Hi,
What do you want to see on the X-axis of the chart? - Months? Year? Also, share some data to work with.
