Hi everyone,
I am working with a report where a rolling sum is being calculated with the following measure:
Thank you!
| InitialValue | RollingSum Measure | I need this to be the rolling sum of the first RollingSum measure | enddate |
| 1 | 1 | 1 | 12/31/2018 |
| 2 | 3 | 4 | 3/31/2019 |
| 3 | 6 | 10 | 6/30/2019 |
| 4 | 10 | 20 | 9/30/2019 |
| 5 | 15 | 35 | 12/31/2019 |
@DavidS524 This looks like a measure aggregation problem. See my blog article about that here: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Community-Blog/Design-Pattern-Groups-and-Super-Groups/ba-p/138149
The pattern is:
MinScoreMeasure = MINX ( SUMMARIZE ( Table, Table[Group] , "Measure",[YourMeasure] ), [Measure])
MaxScoreMeasure = MAXX ( SUMMARIZE ( Table, Table[Group] , "Measure",[YourMeasure] ), [Measure])
AvgScoreMeasure = AVERAGEX ( SUMMARIZE ( Table, Table[Group] , "Measure",[YourMeasure] ), [Measure])
etc.
Also, you might find the techniques used here valuable as it works with either a physical table or a virtual table (var).

Thanks, Greg! I'll will take a look at this and try to come up with a solution.
