Hi Community -
I am officially stumped! I have created a simple matrix which contains unique case numbers as my row values and survey names as my column values.
I pulled in the survey names as my value in the matrix and summarized with count... but for some reason that I cannot quite understand, the totals under each survey are incorrect.
If anything, I've noticed a theme of the values being multiplied by four... why would this be?
If CaseNumber 12345 has 6 Survey 1's, it's show - as a count - 24 Survey 1's in the matrix.
There are no filters on the matrix, whatsoever - and it's a simple, straightforward count, so I can't think why these totals would be incorrect in any way.
Appreciate any and all guidance!
@samdep , there should be something wrong, Join with another table, aggregation etc.
If this does not help
Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
