Hi All,
I have some doubts on Row level Security.
So, the thing is i have Operating Unit(North America, Asia Pacific, Europe, Latin America etc.) data in my Geography table.
And Quarterly(Q1, Q2,Q3 and Q4) data in Time Period table but there is no Direct connection between Geograpghy and Time Period table.
So my requirement is I don't want to show "Q4" data for "Latin America", for rest all Operating Unit I want to show all the quarters and for latin America I want to show rest other Quarters except from Q4.
Solution I have created a Rule where from Geography table i am filtering out Latin America
"[OU] <> "Latin America"
and from Time period
"[Quarter] <> [Q4]"
So both the filters are in one Rule.
Output from above Rule is now I am not getting Complete Latin America and Q4 data.
But my requirement is I want to show all the quarter for rest of the OU
but only for Latin America I don't want to show Q4
Please let me know what is the best solution for this.
Solved! Go to Solution.
IF([OU] = "Latin America" && [Quarter] = "Q4",FALSE(),TRUE())
IF([OU] = "Latin America" && [Quarter] = "Q4",FALSE(),TRUE())
Thanks buddy its working well🙂
