@v-xiaotang Thank for your solution.
I would like to ask whether there is a dynamic way to make it work?
@tracytran91 , You can not use all. This what I have done. I create a table like this
| Product | Product All |
| A | A |
| B | B |
| C | C |
| D | D |
| A | All |
| B | All |
| C | All |
| D | All |
I joined it product column and merged in power query(on product All) and removed all and got the products
The same need to be done for the region
