Row-Level Security that only removes name of location?

My reports include metrics by store that are owned by different entities. Each entity can view the app but I would like to be able to hide the names of the stores they do not own. Is this possible?

It's hard to say without knowing your table structures. Could you post your table structures(including the relationships) with just some sample/mock data, so that we can better assist on this issue?
