Row Header Sort via Index Doesn't Work as Expected

I made a conditional column, hoping I could sort 'currentSalesCycle' based on indices.  However, as picture shown below. I sorted 'Index' in an ASC order, and it's counting weird. What am I missing? Please advise.

Hi @anubb688 
the sort is alphanumeric. To correct it, you have to convert the column to a number type before sorting.
