Using a DAX filter for row secuirty, is it possible to select a column of data and replace the values of that column with a zero value?

No, it's not possible. The row level filter is only to filter the table context. For your requirement, you should create a calculated column in your dataset.

Thanks for that - how would you then switch the charts automatically over to Calcaulted?
