Role based security on different models

Hi Team, I have two different models(One Normal view and history view) in Power bi both are using  SAP hanna database. Now i want to create role based security basis country level.

role1= Country is India

role2= Country is USA

role3= role 3 is need to give access for all country people without any restriction.

How to create this roles in power bi.
