Return a row for Null Table

Hello.

I have a matrix table with several measures in Values.

Depending on my selection in the filter, the table sometimes return null values. Meaning, only column headers could be seen since there are no values, depending on my slicer. 

Is there a way that I will be able to return a cell or row which says "No Value"?
