Retrieve cookies from REST API authentication

I am trying to connect via a REST Api. The process for the system is as follows.

1) GET request on "\api\authentication" with local login (username & password) --> in postman this works and retrieves 2 cookies
2) GET request on other endpoints with the two cookies as parameters.

So my problem is, how to retrieve the cookies from the first get request....
