Restricted number of rows on a matrix visual

I have been using a matrix visual for the past few months which has around 26,000 lines in total through Power BI Desktop and Power BI Pro services, but just this week the visual will only show me around 82 lines of data and no more. If I download the data to export to excel it will show all the lines of data, it just will not show more on the matrix visual. Anyone have any suggestions on what may have happened and how to fix this?

Hi @PYarwood98  - suggest using Paginated Reports (especially if publishing to Power BI Service). They’re built for high-volume tabular rendering. If you absolutely need to display all 26,000 rows visibly. these issue is typically related to visual rendering behavior, filter context, or recent service/desktop updates.

Hope this helps.

Hello @PYarwood98 ,

seems like a bug, I suggest you open it in the issue section where microsoft support will try to recreate the issue and if it persists then will report it to development team for fix.

Thanks, I will try it today and see if it resolves the issue, I did notice that the link you sent across relates to the number of columns on a matrix and not the number of rows. What is the maximum number of rows you can show on a normal matrix visual?
