Restrict Report page tooltip to one column in Table visual

I want to restrict the tooltip to display only for one column in a Table visual.
For example, in the below screenshot I want to restrict the tooltip (last name) to only First Name column. (pbix file)

I have followed this thread but the process works only for Matrix visual. 
Can anyone suggest me on how to achieve this?

Hi @Anonymous ,

By my tests and research, I'm afraid that we cannot achieve your desired output currently in Power BI Desktop.

You could vote this similar idea here and add your comments there to improve Power BI and make this feature coming sooner.
