Rest API connector help

Hello community,  i am trying to use power bi to connect me to OECD economic database.  Can anybody help me work out what to do because when i use the link available on the website i can't find the dataset.

 

The website is

http://stats.oecd.org/Index.aspx?DataSetCode=MEI_CLI

Go to Get Data and choose Web, then copy/paste the link in.  It worked for me and detected "Table 0" which had the monthly indexes.

i would like to access the historical data not whats shown in the table on the page.  There are options under export with xml which i guess will do the job but i cannot get it to work.
