Response Time Column

Hi All,

I have two columns in my dataset i.e receivedat and createdat.

I want to calculate the response time like received - created but datediff is now giving proper results.

Any better way to show the number of days as response time?

Hi @Anonymous ,

I'm not sure if I understand the question correctly, the desired output is 1 for response time?

In that case just switch the Createdat and Receivedon in the formula:

Datediff(Pricing Requests[Createdat],Pricing Requests[Receivedon],DAY)
