Request access after i have publish my PBI doc to web service ?.

Hi All

After i have publish my PBI file to web service. i click on red box :-

it will get below screen as for request access :-

May i know how to solve this issue ? or may i know how to grant the access ?

in both your picture I can see your profile picture, see its different one from another, also that error only appears to users that doesnt havent permit to the report, so if you uploaded it with one account makes no sense that the same account cannot access the report (unless its uploaded to a workspace and the account doesnt have power bi pro/primiun but thats not the case in the show images or the error would be different). 

try logging off the power bi service and logging with the same account you using on the power bi desktop or viceversa and let me know if that solved the topic.

your power bi desktop its logged on a different account them the one you using for the power bi service. 

for viewing it you should log in the same account as the Power BI desktop and give access for collaborate to your account or collaborators.

Pls let me know how you know I log into diff account? So in future I can avoid it.
