I have a report that is being published with a specific filter (slicer value) selected. Luckily, I have some row-level security enabled through roles, but this specific slicer value shouldn't be appearing at all for most of my users.
Essentially, the problem is that however way I save the report on Desktop and publish it, this specific page keeps getting published with a specific filter value. Thanks to the row-level security, nothing gets displayed, but I still want to fix this issue of the slicer value persisting through publishing.
Are you certain that it is persisting or that it is the Service's relatively new functionality of preserving state?
I'm 100% sure it's persisting, especially considering my users shouldn't be able to view that slicer/filter value.
